What the developer, Peter, wanted was a rod that combined weed-cutting and hooking performance when using a scone rig with a slow winding technique, and that could easily avoid even the MAX-class rushes.

Hook and catch. Direct operation feeling and stickiness that won’t let the fish escape.
Monstro “Concept Destruction” 71 has a special taper that has a hard tip and belly for hooking, while taking advantage of the stickiness of the medium-low elasticity for catching. This is a rod with an unprecedented taper design that makes use of the rigidity and stickiness of the Tsurara Blanks. The hard tip, which was designed with the rod position in mind when reeling in a scone rig, also aims to speed up the initial action at the time of the bite.
It is also a rod with excellent bottom sensitivity, and is compatible with the lift and fall of rubber jigs and metal vibes (3/4 to 1 oz). This is a heavy duty model that can be used with big baits up to 6oz class.
