The main shaft, which was previously supported by the pinion gear, is supported by a special low-friction bush, significantly reducing sliding resistance, and the main shaft itself is given a special surface treatment to reduce rotational torque.

New drag washer made of new material.
New fibers are woven perpendicular to the fiber direction that makes up the conventional drag washer to strengthen the material.

Furthermore, we have succeeded in reducing rotational inertia by reducing the weight of the line roller, using titanium for the bail, and optimizing the positioning of the rotor thickness.

Anti-twist fin

Elastic fins are installed close to the line roller.

CI4+

Rigid support drag
By supporting the spool at two points, the main shaft and the bearings inside the spool, the spool wobble is suppressed and stable, smooth drag performance is achieved.

SA-RB
By applying a special rust prevention treatment to the bearing itself, the durability against rust has been significantly improved.

The SA-RB further seals the sides with a rust prevention material, significantly reducing salt jamming caused by salt recrystallization inside the bearing.

One-piece veil
